Once you've selected the equipment you need for your project, submit a rental request or contact our team. We'll work with you to confirm availability, discuss rental terms, and provide you with a quote. After we've agreed on the details, we'll arrange for the equipment to be picked up or delivered to your project site. When your rental period is complete, we'll coordinate the equipment's pick-up or drop off. It's a convenient way to access the machinery you need for your projects.

In the event that the rented equipment experiences a breakdown or requires maintenance during your rental period, please contact our team immediately. Depending on the issue and its cause, we'll arrange for repairs or replacement as needed. The repair and maintenance costs for equipment issues that are not a result of misuse or neglect will typically be covered by the Rental Damage Waiver. Please refer to our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions regarding equipment breakdowns and maintenance.

Yes, you have the option to extend the rental period if your project takes longer than initially planned. To do so, please contact our team as soon as you anticipate the need for an extension. We will work with you to arrange the necessary documentation and adjust the rental terms accordingly. Keep in mind that equipment availability may vary, so it's a good practice to notify us as soon as possible to ensure the continued availability of the equipment you need.
